Keeping with today’s public art theme…here’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a while. I’m gonna post a monthlong series of photos of public art. Travel is one of my passions, and I love discovering street art and graffiti. Often the graffiti is in a language I don’t understand but you can tell by the urgency it’s written with that it means something important. So I snap a photo and ask a local later. Because I don’t think I have 30 straight-up graffiti and street art pictures, I’m including public art (meaning it’s been commissioned and/or sanctioned) starting with this one, in Miami. Many of the I-95 underpasses in Little Havana and downtown Miami are painted in this bold style. Isn’t it cool?!
